Black Cocoa and White Chocolate Ganache Oreos!

This is a treasured recipe of mine! A rich buttery shortbread with dark cocoa cookie filled with white chocolate ganache, like a grown-up, fancy Oreo. 8 2" sandwich cookies per box.
